In October 2008, Thomas Enterprises hosted an event
at the historic Paint Shop to honor the public-private partnerships
that were created to help The Railyards project become a reality.
We prepared this video tribute to share with several hundred guests at
that celebration.
At a press event in the Paint Shop on July 9, 2008,
Governor Schwarzenegger call The Railyards a "spectacular project" and
he helped celebrate the
distribution of $47 million in state bonds for infrastructure and
housing at the
240-acre site.
